Why micromanage your day?

As I said before in my post about a “success blog“, tracking your day can have a ton of benefits. By tracking everything you do, you can see how much you can really accomplish in a day. This new appreciation of the length of a day may inspire you to use it more fully.

Even though tracking every single task you do throughout the day seems nearly impossible, do your best for one day and then begin tracking the major things. When you track measurable things like your health, diet, productivity, or morality it is easier to see how little things everyday add up.

I’m sure you will find some things you didn’t even know about that you do frequently. This “time-awareness” can greatly improve your productivity and gives you a way to track all your goals as you progress through them daily.
