Love Your Life

A Success Blog

I call this blog my “challenge blog” because it is where I challenge you, the reader, and myself to improve our lives by using our own personal strength backed by faith.  At chrisgoals.wordpress.com I write my “success blog” where I force myself to track my progress, but to never degrade my progress. Guilt and shame can be beneficial emotions, but to achieve success I have to build myself up to give me the self-confidence to power through all failure.  In the last month or so that I have been journaling in this blog I have become much more aware of my patterns in dieting and life quality.  I encourage each of you to try this method or maybe a more tried and true form of journaling.  Whatever you do, just begin to track your progress and see what you are really capable of.  Challenge yourself to write an entry that details your success and not failure!
